The Prison Ombudsman’s National Office and the “Asociación Pensamiento Penal” (the Criminal Thought Association) presented before the “Dirección General de Responsabilidad Penal Juvenil” (the General Directorate of Juvenile Criminal Responsibility) under the “Consejo de los Derechos de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes” (the Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents), a document prepared with various actors specialized in childhood matters.
