With the participation of members of the Prison Ombudsman's National Office, the Provincial Commission for Memory and the Study Group on the Penal System and Human Rights (GESPyDH) of the University of Buenos Aires; the ninth edition of the RNCT was presented. During 2019, a total of 5,200 acts of torture and / or mistreatment suffered by 1,448 victims were surveyed.
