The Prison Ombudsman Francisco Mugnolo, recommended the development of a protocol for the prevention of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in order to assess the health and protection of detainees. He requested the prison authorities to take the corresponding hygiene and sanitation measures in the different detention facilities. The proposal joins the recently agreement upon by the Federal Criminal Cassation Chamber.
