The Prison Ombudsman, Dr. Francisco Mugnolo, issued a new recommendation for the adoption of specific action measures in all federal penitentiary establishments in the face of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID19) within the framework of preventive and compulsory social isolation. The document was addressed to all the competent authorities.
